Request Appointment
We require a cell phone number, email address, and credit card to secure booking (This includes booking with a gift card. We cannot schedule without a credit card). Please have that information available.
Gift cards cannot be used for online scheduling. Please call or email to schedule as we require a credit card for ALL bookings. Booked online your card will be charged so please call/email as we can enter the information manually to avoid the charge. You will then bring your gift card with you to your appointment for payment.

We are not staffed to offer same-time appointments or to see multiple guests together.
