Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  We require a credit card for booking.  Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a full charge of the service fee.

Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment. As a courtesy to our next guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of when you begin. Full treatment price will be charged if your late arrival prevents us from accommodating your full service.

Service Areas
For the safety and consideration of our clients and employees, only those receiving services will be permitted in the treatment areas. Please turn off cellular phones and speak with a quiet voice.

Personal Belongings
We regret that that we can not be responsible for the loss and/or damage to personal items, including clothing and/or accessories. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Returned Checks
All returned checks will incur a $25 service fee.

Do I need to wear anything specific for my treatment/therapy?
When receiving a massage you do not need to bring anything to wear. You will be asked to undress to your comfort level. You will be draped with sheets and blankets to maintain modesty. During a facial treatment you will also be comfortably underneath sheets and blankets. You can choose to use one of our wrap around robes in addition if you would prefer. When receiving waxing or body treatments we have disposable garments for you to wear. If you prefer to bring a bathing suit that is also an option.

What if I don’t know what type of massage or facial I want/need?
Do not get too caught up in the descriptions of our services, we are here to make sure you receive what is best for you. Our massages and facials are customized to your specific needs and concerns, so just call us or come on in for your scheduled appointment and we will point you in the right direction for you.
